If you are driving, head towards Banff on the A947. From Banff town center, take the A98 towards Macduff. After about 3 miles, you will see a sign for Findlater Doocot. Turn left onto the minor road that leads to the coast. Continue for about 1 mile, and you will find Findlater Doocot on your right, located near the cliffs overlooking the sea. There is limited parking available nearby.

If you are using public transport, take a bus from Banff to Macduff. Buses run regularly and the journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Macduff, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to Findlater Doocot. Head south on the A98 towards Banff, then take a left onto the minor road leading to the coast. Follow the road for about 1 mile until you reach the Doocot.
