If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Ayr. Head south on Sandgate toward the A79 road. Continue on A79, then follow signs for A77. Exit onto A77 at the roundabout and continue on this road. Follow the A77 until you reach the exit for A70 toward Kilmarnock. Merge onto A70 and then take the exit toward Ayr. Once you're close to the coast, follow the signs for Greenan Castle. The castle is located at Ayr KA7 4JU, and there’s ample parking available nearby.
