After approximately 23 miles, merge onto the A438 towards Hereford. Continue for about 10 miles until you reach the traffic roundabout. Take the first exit onto the A49. After about 3 miles, take the exit towards the B4348 towards Hay-on-Wye. Follow this road for around 5 miles, and you will find signs directing you to Hay Bluff. There is limited parking available at the foot of Hay Bluff, so arrive early during peak seasons to secure a spot.
