Getting There

    If you are driving from Hereford city center, take the A49 towards Ross-on-Wye. After about 4 miles, turn left onto the B4348 towards Ewyas Harold. Continue on this road for approximately 7 miles until you reach Longtown. As you enter Longtown, follow the signs to Llanwonog Lane. Turn onto Llanwonog Lane and continue for about half a mile. Longtown Castle will be on your left. There is free parking available near the castle.

    From Hereford, you can take the bus service (number 39) towards Ewyas Harold. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the Longtown stop. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to Longtown Castle. Head southwest on the B4348 towards Longtown, then turn onto Llanwonog Lane. The castle will be on your left.
