Getting There

Car
From anywhere in Clackmannanshire, head towards the M876 motorway. Merge onto the M9 towards Edinburgh. Continue on the M9 for about 10 miles. Take exit 1A to merge onto the M90 toward Forth Road Bridge. After crossing the bridge, take exit 1B for A904 toward South Queensferry. Continue on the A904 and follow the signs for the Forth Bridges Viewpoint. There is parking available at the viewpoint, but note that parking may incur a small fee.

Public Transportation
Take a train from Alloa or Stirling to Edinburgh Waverley Station. From Edinburgh Waverley, transfer to the South Queensferry bus service (Lothian Buses, number 43 or 45). The bus will take you directly to South Queensferry. Once you arrive in South Queensferry, follow the signs to the Forth Bridges Viewpoint. It is a short walk (approximately 15 minutes) from the bus stop to the viewpoint. Be sure to check the bus schedule for return times.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can cycle to the Forth Bridges Viewpoint. Use the National Cycle Route 76, which takes you through scenic areas. From Clackmannanshire, follow local cycle paths to reach the Forth Road Bridge. Once you cross the bridge, follow the designated cycling paths toward South Queensferry. The viewpoint is accessible by bike, and there are bike racks available.
