Car
If you are driving, head towards the village of Lochbuie. From the main town of Tobermory, take the A848 south towards Salen. At Salen, turn left onto the A849 towards Bunessan. Continue on the A849 for approximately 12 miles until you reach the junction for Lochbuie. Turn left onto the B8035 and follow the signs for Lochbuie. The mausoleum is located near the end of the B8035. There is no entrance fee to visit the mausoleum.

To reach Lochbuie by public transport, take a bus from Tobermory or Craignish to Bunessan. The buses are operated by West Coast Motors, and you can check their schedule in advance. Once in Bunessan, you will need to arrange a taxi to take you to Lochbuie, as there is no direct public transport to the mausoleum. The taxi fare may vary, so be sure to confirm the cost with your driver before starting your journey.
