If you are starting from Liverpool Lime Street Station, exit the station and head towards the main road, Lime Street. Turn left and walk along Lime Street until you reach St. George's Hall. Continue straight past St. George's Hall and cross over to William Brown Street. Keep walking until you reach the end of the street, where you will find the Walker Art Gallery on your left. Continue straight into the area of St. John's Gardens, then head towards the end of the gardens where you will see the entrance to the area leading to Wellington's Column. Follow the signs and walk up the steps to reach the column.

From Liverpool ONE Bus Station, take bus number 10 towards Kirkby. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Canning Place'. From there, walk towards the direction of the Liverpool Cathedral. You will see a large park area; Wellington's Column is located within a short walking distance at the edge of the park. Head towards the column, which is visible from the park.
