Car
From Llandudno, head southwest on the A546 towards the A55. Merge onto the A55 highway and continue for about 10 miles. Take the exit for A5 towards Betws-y-Coed. After approximately 3 miles, follow signs for the A4086 towards Llanberis and Snowdon. Continue on the A4086 until you reach the Nant Ffrancon Pass, which is approximately another 5 miles down the road. There is no parking fee at the pass, but be mindful of any road signs indicating parking regulations.

From Llandudno, take the Arriva Trains Wales service from Llandudno Railway Station to Bangor. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once at Bangor Station, transfer to the X4 bus service towards Caernarfon. Disembark at the stop for 'Nant Ffrancon Pass.' The bus fare is approximately £5.50 for a one-way ticket.
