From the Manchester city center, you can take the Metrolink tram. Head to the nearest tram stop and board a tram towards Bury or Altrincham, depending on your direction. Get off at the St Peter's Square stop. From there, exit the tram and walk towards the exit that leads you to St Ann's Square. Walk straight towards St Ann's Square, and you will find the Richard Cobden Statue located at 2-437 St Ann's Square.
