    If you're near Manchester Piccadilly Station, exit the station and head towards the main entrance. Once outside, turn left onto London Road. Continue straight until you reach the first major intersection with Piccadilly Gardens. Cross the road and walk through Piccadilly Gardens towards the north. As you exit the gardens, keep walking straight until you reach the end of the street. At this point, you should see the iconic Manchester Town Hall.
