If you're near the city centre and prefer to walk, you can head east towards Gorton. Start at Piccadilly Gardens and walk along the A635(M) road. Continue straight for about 2 miles until you reach Gorton Lane. Turn left onto Gorton Lane, and The Monastery will be on your right at number 89. This walk will take approximately 40-50 minutes.
