If you're starting from Piccadilly Gardens, head towards the north exit of the gardens and take the road that leads to Oldham Street. After about 10 minutes of walking, you'll reach a junction. Turn left onto Market Street, continuing straight until you reach the junction with St Ann's Square. Saint Ann's Church will be situated on your right at the end of St Ann's Square, on St Ann Street.

From the Manchester Piccadilly bus station, take bus number 42, 50, or 86 towards Salford. Get off at the stop named 'St Ann's Square'. Walk east on St Ann's Square, and you will find Saint Ann's Church at the end of the square on St Ann Street.

Take the tram from Manchester Piccadilly to St Peter's Square on the Green Line. Once you arrive, walk to the left towards the Manchester Art Gallery, then continue walking straight until you reach St Ann's Square. From there, you will find Saint Ann's Church on your right on St Ann Street.
