Walking
If you are starting from the Oxford city center, head towards Broad Street. Walk west down Broad Street until you reach the junction with St. Mary’s Church on your right. Continue straight onto the High Street. After a few minutes, you will reach the intersection with Cornmarket Street. Turn left onto Cornmarket Street, which will lead you to the Covered Market. As you exit the Covered Market, continue straight onto Market Street and then turn right onto George Street. Follow George Street until you reach the junction with St. Aldate's. Turn left onto St. Aldate's and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Parks Road. After a short walk, turn left onto Rose Lane. The Oxford Botanic Garden will be on your right at Rose Lane, Oxford OX1 4AZ.

From the Oxford city center, you can take a bus towards the Parks area. Look for buses heading to Summertown or the nearby area. Alight at the stop for 'Magdalen College'.
