From the city centre of Stratford-upon-Avon, head south on Bridge Street towards Rother Street. Continue straight onto High Street, passing by various shops and cafes. Turn left onto Guild Street and then right onto Chapel Street. Continue until you reach the bus station. From there, take the National Express bus towards Birmingham. The journey will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Birmingham, get off at the nearest stop to The Birmingham Botanical Gardens, which is located at Westbourne Road, Birmingham B15 3TR. From the bus stop, walk east on Westbourne Road for about 5 minutes until you reach the entrance of the gardens.

From Stratford-upon-Avon, go to the bus station located on Bridge Street. Look for the National Express or Stagecoach buses that head towards Birmingham. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the next available bus. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride which will take approximately 30 minutes. After arriving at Birmingham, disembark at the stop closest to Westbourne Road. Walk east along Westbourne Road for about 5 minutes to reach The Birmingham Botanical Gardens.

Head to the Stratford-upon-Avon train station, located on Station Road. Purchase a ticket for Birmingham Moor Street station. Trains run frequently, and the journey takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Birmingham Moor Street, exit the station and walk to the nearest bus stop to catch a bus heading towards the Botanical Gardens. Alternatively, you can walk; it's about a 20-minute walk from the station. Head east on Moor Street, then turn left onto Bull Street. Continue straight until you reach the gardens on Westbourne Road.
