If you are starting from the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, head southeast on the riverbank path towards the town centre. After approximately 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the main street, where you will turn right onto Bridge Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Church Street. Turn left onto Church Street, and the Almshouses will be on your right, just a short distance down the street.

Turn right onto Church Street, and continue walking for about 15 minutes. The Almshouses will be on your left side, just before you reach the intersection with High Street.
