• Walking

  From Windsor Castle, head east on Castle Hill towards the High Street. Continue straight onto the High Street and cross over the bridge to reach Windsor and Eton Central Station. From the station, take a train to London Paddington Station. Once at Paddington, transfer to the London Underground (Tube) and take the Bakerloo Line southbound to Oxford Circus. At Oxford Circus, change to the Central Line and take the train eastbound to St. Paul's Station. After leaving the station, walk southeast on Newgate Street, which will lead you to Smithfield. St Bartholomew's Gatehouse is located at 57A W Smithfield, just a short walk from there.

• Bus

  From Windsor Theatre Royal bus stop on Thames Street, board the Green Line 702 or 703 bus towards London. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at St. Paul's Cathedral. From there, walk west on St. Paul's Churchyard, then turn right onto Newgate Street. Continue walking until you reach Smithfield. St Bartholomew's Gatehouse is located at 57A W Smithfield, which is just a short distance away.

• Train

  From Windsor & Eton Central Station, take a train to London Paddington. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Paddington, transfer to the Bakerloo Line of the London Underground. Take the Bakerloo Line to Oxford Circus, then change to the Central Line and head eastbound to St. Paul's Station. Upon exiting St. Paul's Station, walk southeast on Newgate Street towards Smithfield. St Bartholomew's Gatehouse can be found at 57A W Smithfield, just a short walk from there.
