If you are traveling by car, start from the Island in the Sky Visitor Center. Head southeast on the UT-313 E for approximately 6 miles. Merge onto the UT-191 S and continue for about 30 miles. Note that there is an entrance fee of $30 per vehicle for a 7-day pass to Arches National Park.
