To reach Grand View Point Overlook by car from Moab, take U.S. Route 191 north out of Moab. After about 10 miles, turn left onto Utah State Route 313. Continue on Route 313 for about 22 miles until you reach the entrance to Canyonlands National Park. Once inside the park, follow the main park road for approximately 12 miles to the Grand View Point parking area. Be sure to have a National Park Pass or pay the entrance fee of $30 per vehicle, valid for seven days.

If you are using public transportation, your best option is to take a shuttle service from Moab. Various companies offer shuttle services to Canyonlands National Park. Book a shuttle that specifically goes to Grand View Point Overlook or that includes a stop there. Expect to pay around $60-$100 for a round trip. Once at the park, the shuttle will drop you off at the Grand View Point parking area, where you can easily access the overlook.

For the more adventurous, consider biking from Moab. Rent a bike in Moab and take U.S. Route 191 north to Utah State Route 313. The ride to the park entrance is about 22 miles, and from there, it's another 12 miles to Grand View Point. Keep in mind that this route is hilly and may take several hours.
