If you're driving your own vehicle, start from the Island in the Sky Visitor Center located at 1000 Skyline Drive, Moab, UT 84532. From the Visitor Center, head south on the main park road (Skyline Drive) for about 12 miles until you reach the Mesa Arch parking area on your right. The parking lot is well-marked and can accommodate several vehicles. Be sure to arrive early, especially during peak times, as parking can fill up quickly.

There are no direct public transportation options to Mesa Arch within Canyonlands National Park. However, you can take the Moab Area Transit (MAT) service to the Island in the Sky Visitor Center.
