If you are driving, start from the Flaming Gorge Dam and head east on US-191. Continue for approximately 10 miles until you reach the junction for UT-44. Turn left onto UT-44 and follow it for about 5 miles until you reach the town of Manila. Once in Manila, turn left onto S Valley Road (750 W S Vly Rd) and continue for about half a mile.
