If you are driving, start from the Flaming Gorge Dam Visitor Center, located at 1660 E Flaming Gorge Dam Rd, Dutch John, UT 84023. Head east on E Flaming Gorge Dam Rd toward UT-44 S. Turn left onto UT-44 S and continue for about 5 miles. Turn right onto FR 392, which leads directly to Cedar Springs Campground. The campground will be on your left after a short drive.
