From the Flaming Gorge Dam Visitor Center, head northeast on UT-43 N for approximately 12 miles. Continue on UT-43 N until you reach the junction with Red Canyon Road (Duchesne County Road 200). Turn left onto Red Canyon Road and follow it for about 5 miles until you see the signs for Skull Creek Campground on your right. The campground is located within the Red Canyon Complex.
