Car
From Snowbird Ski Resort, start by heading northeast on Little Cottonwood Canyon Road (UT-210). Continue on this road for approximately 7 miles. You will pass by beautiful mountain scenery and several trailheads. As you approach the area around 4370 Little Cottonwood Canyon Rd, keep an eye out for the Temple Granite Quarry Historical Monument on your right. There is usually parking available along the road.

Public Transportation
To reach Temple Granite Quarry Historical Monument from Snowbird Ski Resort using public transportation, you can take the UTA ski bus (Route 962) from Snowbird to the Alta Ski Area. From the Alta Ski Area, transfer to Route 953, which will take you towards Sandy. You will need to get off at the stop closest to 4370 Little Cottonwood Canyon Rd. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to the historical monument. Make sure to check the bus schedule as services may vary during off-peak seasons.
