Car
If you are driving from Samarkand city center, head northeast on Bukhara Rd/Uzbekistan A-37. Continue for about 3 km until you reach the intersection with the second ring road (Uzbekistan A-376). Take a left onto the ring road and drive for another 4 km. Look for signs indicating Afrasiyab Settlement Site and exit onto MXCQ+39C road. The site will be on your right after approximately 800 meters. Parking is available near the entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Afrasiyab Settlement Site via public transport, take a shared taxi (marshrutka) from the central bus station in Samarkand. Look for marshrutka #1, which heads towards Afrasiyab. The fare is about 2,000 UZS (approximately $0.20) and the journey should take around 15 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to the site, which is usually announced in Uzbek. From there, it's a short walk of about 10 minutes to the entrance of the settlement.
