Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Shakhrisabz, head east on the main road (Shahrisabz Street) towards the direction of the regional highway. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with the highway. At the intersection, turn right onto the highway (M-39) in the direction of Samarkand. Walk along the highway for approximately 7 km. You will see signs directing you to Samarkand. As you approach the outskirts of Samarkand, keep an eye out for local buses and shared taxis that can take you closer to your destination.

• Public Transport

  From Shakhrisabz, make your way to the bus station located near the center of the town. Look for buses heading to Samarkand, which run frequently. The bus ride will take about 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Samarkand bus station, you can either walk or take a local taxi to SAMARQAND yozuvi. The destination is located at the coordinates MXCX+V3, which is approximately 4 km from the bus station. If you choose to walk, head northwest on the main road for about 45 minutes or take a taxi for a quicker option.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Shakhrisabz. Start your ride on Shahrisabz Street heading east, then join the M-39 highway towards Samarkand. The route is about 8 km and is mostly flat. Once you reach Samarkand, you can navigate through local streets to reach SAMARQAND yozuvi, which is located at MXCX+V3. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local traffic rules.
