    From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums through the main entrance. Once you are outside, turn left and follow the road leading towards the Vatican City gates. Continue walking straight until you reach the large roundabout known as Piazza di San Pietro. From there, you will see the iconic St. Peter's Basilica in front of you. Cross the street in front of the basilica and head towards Via della Conciliazione. Keep walking straight until you reach the Tiber River. Once you reach the river, turn left and follow the banks of the river for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Ponte Sisto bridge. Cross the bridge, and then continue straight to Via dei Pettinari. Follow this street until you reach Piazza dei Cavalieri di Malta, where you will find Buco della serratura dell’Ordine di Malta.

    After visiting the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at Via della Conciliazione. Board bus number 40 or 64, which will take you to Termini Station. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Termini, transfer to metro line B and head towards Laurentina.
