Exit the Gregorian Etruscan Museum and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Cross the street and continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. Once you arrive at the river, turn left and walk along the bank until you see the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the Piazza della Bocca della Verità. The Circus Maximus Mithraeum is located at Piazza della Bocca della Verità, 16.
