    From the entrance of the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the Vatican Museums entrance. Once outside, turn left onto Viale Vaticano and continue walking straight. After about 10 minutes, you will reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). Stay on the right side of the square and proceed towards the edge of the square, where you will see the Via della Conciliazione. Cross the road and follow it until you reach Castel Sant'Angelo. From there, continue walking along Lungotevere Castello, and take a right turn onto Via Garibaldi. Follow this street, and you will eventually reach the Fontana dell'Acqua Paola after about 15 more minutes of walking.

    After visiting the Sistine Chapel, exit and walk to the nearest bus stop located at Piazza San Pietro. Board bus number 75 or 44 towards 'Gianicolo' and get off at the stop called 'Gianicolo'. From the bus stop, walk up the hill along Viale di Villa Pamphili for about 5-10 minutes, and you will see the Fontana dell'Acqua Paola. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes, and the walk from the bus stop to the fountain is about 5 minutes.
