From the center of St. Peter's Square, head towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Walk past the basilica towards the colonnades. Once you reach the outer edge of the square, you will see Via della Conciliazione directly in front of you. Cross the road and continue walking straight until you reach the Tiber River. At the river, turn left and walk along the riverbank. After a few minutes, you will come to the Ponte Sant'Angelo (Angel Bridge). Cross the bridge, and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers, and then turn right onto Via Luciano Manara. Your destination, Once in Rome, will be on your left at number 43.

Start at St. Peter's Square and walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via della Conciliazione. Board Bus 40 or 64, both of which go towards Termini Station. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes, then get off at the stop named 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, walk towards Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers, then turn right onto Via Luciano Manara. Once in Rome is located at number 43 on your left.
