Walking
From St. Peter's Square, exit the square by walking through the archway under the colonnade towards Piazza Pio XII. Once you reach Piazza Pio XII, turn right onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight on this road until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river via the Ponte Vittorio Emanuele II bridge. After crossing, continue straight on Via di San Francesco di Sales until you reach the intersection with Via di Santa Dorotea. Turn left onto Via di Santa Dorotea, and you'll find Tempietto del Bramante at Piazza di S. Pietro in Montorio, 2 on your right.

From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Piazza Pio XII. Take the bus line 46 or 64 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Piazza Navona' stop. From there, walk towards the Tiber River, then follow the directions to walk to Tempietto del Bramante by crossing the river via Ponte Vittorio Emanuele II, and continuing to Via di San Francesco di Sales, as previously described.
