Exit St. Peter's Basilica from the main entrance. Turn right onto Via della Conciliazione and walk straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Once across, continue straight onto Lungotevere Castello. At the end of this street, turn left onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Viale Trastevere. Turn right onto Viale Trastevere and continue walking. After a short distance, turn left onto Via della Lungaretta. Continue straight until you reach Piazza di Santa Cecilia, and the Basilica di Santa Cecilia will be on your left at number 22.

From St. Peter's Basilica, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus number 870 towards 'Laurentina.' After approximately 12 minutes, get off at the stop 'Trastevere/Porto.' Continue straight until you reach Piazza di Santa Cecilia, where you will find the Basilica di Santa Cecilia at number 22.
