    From the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica, exit and walk towards the main square (Piazza San Pietro). As you face the basilica, turn right and head towards Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight until you reach the first major intersection. Turn left onto Via di Porta Angelica, and follow it until you reach the next intersection. Here, turn right onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via San Giovanni in Laterano. Turn left onto Via San Giovanni in Laterano and continue until you reach the next intersection. At this point, turn right onto Via di Porta San Sebastiano. The Museo delle Mura will be located at number 18 on your left.

    From St. Peter's Basilica, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Board Bus 64 or Bus 81 (both heading towards Termini Station). Ride for approximately 10-15 minutes and get off at the stop named 'Piazza di Porta San Giovanni'. From there, walk straight along Via di Porta San Giovanni until you reach its intersection with Via di Porta San Sebastiano. Turn left onto Via di Porta San Sebastiano, and you will find Museo delle Mura at number 18 on your left.

    From St. Peter's Basilica, walk to the nearest metro station, which is Ottaviano-San Pietro on Line A. Take the metro in the direction of Anagnina and travel for 4 stops, getting off at the Termini station. Once at Termini, transfer to Line B (the blue line) and head towards Laurentina. Get off at the second stop, which is 'Colosseo'. From there, exit the station and walk towards Viale Manzoni. Turn left onto Viale Manzoni, continue walking straight until you reach Via di Porta San Sebastiano. Turn left and walk until you find Museo delle Mura at number 18.
