Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, walk straight towards the Viale Vaticano. Turn left on Viale Vaticano and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and keep walking straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). From Piazza San Pietro, take the Via della Conciliazione, which leads straight out of the square. Continue on this road as it becomes Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Keep walking straight until you come to a major intersection with Via Appia Nuova. Here, turn right onto Via Appia Nuova and continue for about 2.5 km. Finally, turn left onto Via Appia Antica, and you will find the Rome Gladiator School at number 18.

Public Transport
From the Sistine Chapel, walk back to the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Viale Vaticano. You can catch the bus number 81 or 982. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop named 'Appia Antica.' From the bus stop, walk a short distance to Via Appia Antica, and the Rome Gladiator School will be located at number 18 on your left.
