    From the main entrance of the Vatican Gardens, head southeast towards the exit gate. Once you exit the gardens, turn left onto Viale delle Mura Aurelie. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Viale del Giardino Zoologico. Turn right onto Viale del Giardino Zoologico, and you will soon see the entrance to Bioparco di Roma on your left at Piazzale del Giardino Zoologico, 1.

    From the Vatican Gardens, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at Viale delle Mura Aurelie. Catch the bus number 49 heading towards Stazione Termini. After about 8 stops, get off at the 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore' stop. From there, transfer to bus number 81 and ride for 5 stops. Alight at the 'Piazzale del Giardino Zoologico' stop. The Bioparco di Roma will be right in front of you.
