From the entrance of the Vatican Gardens, exit towards the main road (Viale Vaticano). Turn left and walk along Viale Vaticano until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Cross Via della Conciliazione and continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. Ponte Fabricio is located on the Tiber Island (Isola Tiberina), which you will see directly ahead. To access the bridge, walk across the pedestrian bridge leading to the island.

If you are near St. Peter's Basilica, exit the basilica and head towards Piazza San Pietro. Walk straight along Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Turn left and follow the riverbank until you reach the Ponte Fabricio, which is located on Isola Tiberina. The bridge is approximately a 15-minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica.
