Starting from the entrance of the Vatican Gardens, head towards the main path leading out of the gardens. Continue straight until you reach the main gate of the Vatican City. Once you exit the gardens, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Walk along this road for approximately 10 minutes. You will pass the entrance to the Vatican Museums on your right. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Mazzarino. Turn right onto Via Mazzarino, and you will find Giardini e padiglioni della ex Villa Aldobrandini at number 12a on your right.

From St. Peter's Basilica, exit the basilica and head towards the Vatican Museums. Follow the signs leading to Viale Vaticano. Walk along Viale Vaticano for about 15 minutes, then take a left onto Via Mazzarino. Giardini e padiglioni della ex Villa Aldobrandini will be located at 12a on your left side.

If you are near the Castel Sant'Angelo, start by walking towards Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and on the other side, take a left onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking until you reach the Vatican City. Once you enter the Vatican City, head towards the Vatican Museums and continue onto Viale Vaticano. Walk straight for about 10 minutes and then turn left onto Via Mazzarino. The destination will be at number 12a on your right.
