The walk should take you around 10 minutes, and there are signs along the way directing you to the Museums.
Public Transportation
Although the Vatican is compact, you can take public transportation if needed. From the Vatican Library, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the intersection of Via della Conciliazione and Via di Porta Angelica. Take bus number 64 or 81 towards Termini Station. Get off at the 'Città del Vaticano' stop and walk back towards Viale Vaticano (approximately 5 minutes). The bus ticket costs around €1.50 and is valid for 100 minutes.
