    From the Vatican Museums, exit the main entrance and head towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. As you walk, follow signs leading you towards the Vatican City gates. Once you reach the gates, continue straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). From there, you can walk straight along Via della Conciliazione and cross the Tiber River using the Ponte Sant'Angelo (Angel Bridge). After crossing the bridge, continue straight and take a left onto Lungotevere Tor di Nona. After a short walk, you will reach Piazza Trilussa, which is located in the Trastevere neighborhood.

    From the Vatican Museums, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Catch the bus number 87 towards 'Valle Aurelia'. Ride for a few stops and get off at 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, transfer to tram line 8 towards 'Casaletto' and ride until you reach the 'Trastevere' stop. Once you disembark, walk for about 10 minutes following Via di Porta Settimiana to reach Piazza Trilussa.
