    If you are already in Vatican Necropolis, exit the Necropolis area and head towards St. Peter's Square (Piazza San Pietro). Once you reach the square, take the left exit towards Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking along Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river via the Ponte Vittorio Emanuele II bridge. After crossing, turn left and walk along the riverbank until you reach the intersection with Via della Pace. Turn right onto Via della Pace and continue straight. This street will lead you to the intersection with Via di Santa Maria Maggiore. Continue straight until you reach P.za di Santa Maria Maggiore, where you will find the Papal Basilica of Saint Mary Major.

    From Vatican Necropolis, make your way to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 40 or 64, which travels towards Termini Station.
