Walking
From the entrance of the Vatican Necropolis, proceed towards the main exit. Follow the signs directing you to St. Peter's Basilica. As you approach the Basilica, you will pass through the Vatican Gardens. Continue walking until you reach the large plaza in front of St. Peter's Basilica. Once in the plaza, face the Basilica and walk to your right along the colonnade until you see the entrance to the Vatican Museums. Enter the Vatican Museums and follow the signage within to the Collection of Contemporary Art.
