The spa was clean, quiet, and beautifully designed, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Everything was well organized, and I left feeling completely refreshed. Unlike many of the reviews I had read, my experience at this place was simply fantastic. The staff were extremely professional and genuinely dedicated to providing the best experience possible. The food and drinks were excellent, and the facilities were outstanding. Everything felt brand new, modern, and impeccably clean. Coming from Switzerland, and after spending time in central Hanoi, it was an extremely pleasant surprise to find a place that felt so different. The contrast with the city centre was remarkable, making it a relaxing and enjoyable retreat.

We had a fantastic morning learning traditional Vietnamese massage techniques. Our instructor made us feel very comfortable and gave very clear instructions in order to learn the massage techniques. He even suggested we took a video to remind ourselves of the techniques and the order for the future. Communication before the course was wonderful and very clear. We would 100% recommend this course!
