Delectable experience!

Our food guide Evelyn picked us up from our hotel on time for the 4-stop Michelin Food Tour in the Old Quarter at Hanoi. We had some amazing, unique foods during our tour. Evelyn spoke good English and explained about each of the dishes. She also helped us plate/mix the ingredients and did not hesitate one bit to guide us on how to eat the food the right way. We ended the tour at a hidden coffee shop which was a real gem. It is recommended to do the tour in the evening, please wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for moderate walking within the Old Quarter. Evelyn carefully maneouvered us through the never-ending traffic, always checking on us and making sure we always got a comfortable place to sit at the stalls. One must remember that while these are Michelin certified restaurants, they are not "fine dining" but typical street side eateries serving local delicacies. We enjoyed our conversations with Evelyn on a wide range of topics. We highly recommend her for the food walks in Hanoi and would definitely want to try out the Weird Foods of Old Quarter walk the next time!

Real Hanoi experience!

We had a fantastic vespa tour with Louis and Xuan! They took us around Hanoi on their vespas and told us so much about the history behind everything, we learned so much we never knew before! We had a great meal at the Hidden Gem cafe, a unique and beautiful recycled cafe! Would recommend to anyone who wants to explore more of Hanoi!
