We had an absolutely incredible 2-day, 1-night trip on Peony Cruise No. 1. From start to finish, the hospitality was top-notch, making our journey truly special. They were kind enough to grant us a room upgrade, which was an amazing surprise and made the trip feel extra luxurious. A massive thank you to our tour manager, Tom, who was a fantastic host right from the start. His genuine kindness, welcoming attitude, and effortless coordination set a great tone for the entire trip. He went out of his way to ensure everyone felt taken care of and comfortable throughout the voyage. Our server, Maya, also provided exceptional service with her warmth and attention to detail. She truly went above and beyond during dinner to help us celebrate both my friend's anniversary and their child's birthday—she beautifully decorated our entire table, and the whole crew jumped in to make the celebrations feel so joyful and memorable. On top of the outstanding hospitality, the food on board was fabulous—delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. If you are looking for an unforgettable cruise with world-class service, thoughtful personal touches, and incredible dining, we couldn't recommend Peony Cruise and this amazing team enough!
