Walking
If you are in the Old Quarter, start at Hoan Kiem Lake. Head northwest on Đinh Tiên Hoàng Street toward Lê Thái Tổ Street. Turn left onto Lê Thái Tổ Street and continue until you reach Tràng Thi Street. Turn right onto Tràng Thi and walk until you reach the intersection with Hoàng Diệu Street. Turn left on Hoàng Diệu Street, and you will find Hậu Lâu at 67 Hoàng Diệu.
Public Bus
Locate the nearest bus stop and take bus number 09 or 22 heading towards Ba Đình. Get off at the 'Hoàng Diệu' stop. Once you exit, walk a short distance along Hoàng Diệu Street, and you will arrive at Hậu Lâu located at 67 Hoàng Diệu.
Cyclo
Find a cyclo (bicycle taxi) in popular tourist areas like the Old Quarter. Inform the driver to take you to '67 Hoàng Diệu, Quán Thánh, Ba Đình'. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local shop in the Old Quarter. Head southwest on Đinh Tiên Hoàng Street, turn left on Tràng Thi Street, and then left onto Hoàng Diệu Street. Continue straight until you reach Hậu Lâu at 67 Hoàng Diệu.
