If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Lao Cai city. Take the QL70 road in the direction of Bắc Hà. Continue on this road for approximately 60 kilometers. As you approach Bắc Hà, look for signs directing you to the center of town. Once you reach Bắc Hà, turn onto Ngọc Uyển street, where Hoang A Tuong Palace is located at number 257. Parking is available nearby.

For those using public transportation, head to the Lao Cai bus station. Look for a bus heading towards Bắc Hà; these buses are frequent and the journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at Bắc Hà bus station, exit the bus and take a taxi or a motorbike taxi to Hoang A Tuong Palace. It is about 1 kilometer from the bus station. You can also walk, which takes around 15-20 minutes.

If you prefer a more direct option after arriving in Bắc Hà, you can take a taxi or a motorbike taxi from the town center or the bus station. The fare should be quite reasonable, around 10,000 to 20,000 VND, depending on your starting point. Just tell the driver you want to go to Hoang A Tuong Palace at 257 Ngọc Uyển.
