If you are driving from Cape Charles, Virginia, head east on Mason Ave toward S Bayview Ave. Continue straight onto Seaside Rd (Route 600) for about 4 miles. The Eastern Shore Of Virginia National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center will be on your right at 32205 Seaside Rd, Cape Charles, VA 23310. Parking is available on site.

Traveling from Exmore, take US-13 South for approximately 20 miles. Merge onto VA-180 E toward Cape Charles. Continue on VA-180 E for about 10 miles. Turn left onto Seaside Rd (Route 600), and the visitor center will be on your left after about 1 mile.

Public transportation options are limited in the Eastern Shore area. However, you can take a local bus from nearby towns to Cape Charles. Once in Cape Charles, you may need to use a rideshare service or taxi to reach the visitor center, as it is approximately 4 miles away from the town center.
