    If you are starting from the Fredericksburg Visitor Center located at 706 Caroline St, head southwest on Caroline Street towards the Rappahannock River. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto Washington Avenue. Continue walking on Washington Avenue for approximately 0.3 miles. Meditation Rock is located at 1500 Washington Ave, on your right side.

    Public Transportation

    From the Fredericksburg Visitor Center, you can take the local FRED Transit bus. Board the FRED bus heading towards the 'Mary Washington Hospital' route. Get off at the stop at Washington Avenue and William Street. From there, you will need to walk approximately 0.2 miles south on Washington Avenue. Meditation Rock will be on your left at 1500 Washington Ave.

    Biking

    If you have access to a bike, start at the Fredericksburg Visitor Center. Head southwest on Caroline Street towards the Rappahannock River. Then, take a left on Washington Avenue. Continue straight for about 1 mile, and you will find Meditation Rock at 1500 Washington Ave on your right. This route is bike-friendly with bike lanes available.
