If you are driving from the Historic Triangle area (Williamsburg, Jamestown, or Yorktown), head northwest on US-60 W toward Richmond. Merge onto I-64 W and continue for approximately 30 miles. Take exit 118 to merge onto I-295 N toward Washington. After about 12 miles, merge onto I-95 N. Follow I-95 N for approximately 20 miles, then take exit 156B to merge onto VA-294 W toward Woodbridge. Continue on VA-294 W and then take the exit toward Blackburn Rd. Turn left onto Blackburn Rd, and after about 1 mile, the Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail Neabsco Creek Boardwalk will be on your left at 15125 Blackburn Rd, Woodbridge, VA 22191.
