Getting There

  • Walking

    Start from the center of Petersburg and walk towards the Petersburg Area Transit (PAT) bus stop at the corner of E Washington St and S Sycamore St. Catch the Route 1 bus towards Richmond. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop near Broad St and 14th St in Richmond. Walk east on Broad St for 4 blocks until you reach 15th St, then turn left and walk north until you reach Main St. Turn right on Main St, and you will find Main Street Station at 1500 E Main St on your right.

  • Public Transit

    From Petersburg, take the PAT bus Route 1 towards Richmond. Ride for about 30 minutes until you arrive at the downtown Richmond stop at Broad St and 14th St. Transfer to the GRTC Pulse bus at the same stop heading towards the East Main St and 17th St stop. After getting off, walk 2 blocks east on Main St. Main Street Station will be located at 1500 E Main St on your right.

  • Biking

    If you have a bike, start from the city center of Petersburg and head northeast on E Washington St towards S Sycamore St. Follow the bike lane to the Route 1 bike path that leads to Richmond. This ride will take about 30-40 minutes. Once in Richmond, follow Main St eastwards; Main Street Station will be at 1500 E Main St.
