If you are driving from the center of Piedmont, head southeast on S Main St toward E 1st St. Continue on S Main St for approximately 1.5 miles. Turn left onto US-23 S/Norton Rd and continue for about 3 miles. Take the exit toward Big Stone Gap. Merge onto E 5th St and continue for about 0.5 miles. Turn right onto W 1st St N and you will find the Southwest Virginia Museum Historical State Park on your right at 10 W 1st St N, Big Stone Gap, VA 24219.
